I’m Jasmine, founder of Refined Gem Consulting and a strategist at heart.

With more than a 10+ of experience spanning customer service, leadership, sales, administrative support, and business operations, I’ve spent much of my career developing people and processes, and analyzing systems, projects, and strategies to brainstorm how I could professionally make these things clearer, stronger, more efficient, or more intentional for the company. Over time, I realized that what I considered simply “how my brain works” was actually one of the gifts God gave me. I’ve always had an eye for details and potential or been the person who sees something and immediately starts thinking about how it could be better. A smoother process. A stronger team. A better experience. A clearer plan. Sometimes it’s something as simple as noticing a detail others may overlook. Other times, it’s stepping into something that feels disorganized, complicated, unfinished and somehow being able to see the structure hiding underneath it. This realization, along with my many years of experience birthed Refined Gem Consulting!

I created Refined Gem because I believe there are incredibly gifted entrepreneurs, creatives, leaders, and business owners who don’t necessarily need another idea. Sometimes they need clarity around the one they already have. Sometimes they need structure around their vision. Sometimes they need stronger leadership, better systems, or a customer experience that finally reflects the excellence they know their business is capable of. Sometimes people just need help and an opportunity! No worries, this is where I come in!
